Synopsis
The Book of Ruth tells a story about Naomi who followed her husband to Moab, a place away from God. Their sons even married women from Moab. However, Naomi continues to have the heart for God. Despite the tragic death of her husband and two sons, she is determined to trust God. Her determination influences Ruth, as she desires to be blessed by God. Therefore, Ruth followed Naomi back to her hometown and eventually became the wife of Boaz. Later, she became an ancestor of Jesus.

This drama is written based on the Book of Ruth. Auntie Choi is a faithful Christian. She made a wrong decision to follow her husband to a country to build his business. Although the business was thriving, the country has no church. So Auntie Choi just reads Bible and prays on her own at home. After the family tragedy, all of her family members were dead one by one. She was left to be alone. Not only that, she has nobody to walk with her in her Christian life. She decided to return to the US. Her faith influenced her second daughter-in-law May. May started to believe God and followed Auntie Choi. Eventually, both were blessed tremendously. Some of the storylines are based on true testimonies.

When you decide to migrate, what do you consider? Do you seek wealth? Happiness? Or do you look for better education or career opportunities? Do you seek higher standard of living or desire to have family reunion? Do you look for making more friends? Or will you worry about adapting to new environment? Do you worry about safety? The pandemic effected many people. Family members passed away suddenly and many things have changed. In the drama, Auntie Choi followed her husband to a new country to settle. What were her considerations? A wrong decision brings unfavorable outcome. How will you face the new challenge? Who walks with you? We hope everyone will enjoy this drama.
